Bella customer service is non-existent and simply horrible. They have you email pictures of model number, problem with product, proof of purchase, etc., then ignore you. When you call to find out why they are not honoring the warranty after sending them all requested information, they promise a return call, again and again, that never happens. If you’re concerned about replacement parts and needing help from the company, return the Bella airfryer and buy a different brand!

Please try again later.The new model looks the exact same, but they changed the model number so if you have a protection plan, you will only get the sale price or the original price you paid for it towards the new model. I just went through that today. Makes me curious if the model number was changed just for that reason. Something smells fishy and it’s not just all the salmon I cooked in it.!
