• It's underneath the espresso base drip tray. Take the tray out and it's the red one (top right).

• Hope you found yours?! Mine didn't have one. I contacted customer service and was told that I needed to return it for a replacement. The nearest Vest Buy is a 90 mile drive....I told them as much...crickets! NOT impressed with the customer service at all!
