A:AnswerI just returned the one we got at Christmas after 3-4 weeks of use. Too many issues and would suggest to not waste your time with this machine.
A:AnswerSame problem here. We were able to make espresso for a few weeks, then suddenly nothing but flashing lights. Seems like the pump went out. I've been in contact with Bella support and have a warranty claim in, but it's taking quite a long time. Would love to have a working machine!

A:AnswerNo. But I wouldn’t buy a “cold brew” machine. Bag up coarse ground coffee in a large filter, use cold filtered water, and let it sit in a large pitcher for 20 hours.
