- Answer I did a simple google search for "bella carafe replacement" and the results were incredible 714K results in seconds, Ebay, target, amazon, walmart. "Bella" the company is as bad at customer service and the rest.

- Answer I called customer service and they claimed it was BPA free although it says its not on the Best buy product description AND it had a PROP 65 warning on the actual product box so i dont know who to trust.
