A:AnswerAs far as the strength of the coffee that will come down to the brand type and strength of the coffee you purchase, all pod machines run hot water through the pod, it doesn’t impact the strength, buying a stronger coffee will effect the strength of the coffee.
A:AnswerI learned to just "smash" it down with my fist. I close cover then "whack-a-mole" it to make sure the capsule gets punctured and it's worked. Just pressing it down hasn't worked at all. So far, so good. Hope that helps.
