QuestionI bought this unit this week and tried using it but it would not puncture the bottom of the pod even after several tries. Any ideas before I take it back Thanks

- Answer I learned to just "smash" it down with my fist. I close cover then "whack-a-mole" it to make sure the capsule gets punctured and it's worked. Just pressing it down hasn't worked at all. So far, so good. Hope that helps.
