Website displayed a different fryer. Clicked add to cart, cart showed that item. After process and shipping, arrival, realized did not get seen product. confused about it as it charged for the lesser ( i guess thankfully.) and sent that. You may want to look into order# processing or contact admins about this website having element issues. Perhaps allow more than what, 250 characters or some crap for a question. You might be able to understand what the issue was then.
