“My machine is about a year old and it has stopped brewing a full pot of coffee. The only way to get a full pot is to brew using the 1-4 cup option 3 times. What would cause this?”

• Hello, thanks for reaching out. It sounds like it needs to run a couple cleaning cycles with vinegar solution. Likely calcification is causing the thermostat to see higher temps and it's kicking out of the cycle too early. A few vinegar & water cleaning cycles should help. Have a nice day. The BELLA Team.

• I've only had this coffee maker for a month and it works perfectly. I don't know what would cause it. It's possible there are build ups of gunk inside from lack of regular cleaning process w/ vinegar and water.
