• We have nothing so we can not use it. This picture does not look like the one we have, one dial is on top and one on the bottom. Can you send me a book or put it on the email so that I can print something. I don't do pictures.

• The manual is sufficient for operating instructions but I also checked online. There are a few recipes for appetizers but not for any meat or main dish. I found several nice recipes online.
