How is the cord stored? Is it retractable? null

The cord is not retractable. You can wrap it around the bottom.

Unfortunately it has cord flaws.. it is not retractable (although Bella!! That would be cool!), the cord is very loud and proud when fighting you over where you want to put your toaster! I would know because this toaster and I have danced that particular dance and everyone knows who ends up on top when forced to dance when they don't want to...the cord. Thanks for reminding me!......
