• I cook chicken wings in mine. Apply oil pat and use a dry rub of any kind. And put in Air Fryer. Better than frying and turns out crispy on the outside juicy inside. I have also made a small meatloaf as well. Hope this helps. I googled some of my recipes.

• you totally can cook hamburgers or anything meat. just be aware of how long since it cooks fast.
