• We cooked asparagus in ours. It was crazy delicious. Spritz with olive oil to give a little crisp outside. Yes, vegetables, yes!

• I cooked brussel sprouts in this yesterday and they were amazing! I have also roasted sweet potatoes (cubed) as well. Spritz with olive oil and turn over half way through. Many recipes available online for air fryer veggies!
