“do you have to slam it hard to close the basket? and have to pull hard to open it when its done? because i have to hold it down with one hand pull hard to open it ,makes loud noise every time i open or closed the basket.”

• Mine works kind of hard I may try getting another one to see if it is just the one I happened to get

• Nope. it works perfectly & easy. Put it in the basket and it's in. And pull out, to check and when it is done..
