I always wash mine by hand and after 3 months of daily use, it is still holding up like new.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If it's rusting I would say no , stainless steal doesn't rust . I've used mine four times and the no stick coating on the tray is flaking off , just a matter of time before it starts rusting . Sounds like a common problem after reading reviews and Bella won't do anything . Love the fryer but wouldn't buy it again because of Bella's poor customer service
