I've encountered the same problem with only 1 tab remaining. I called customer service and asked where I could get a replacement grill pan and they told me to go to Amazon. Have not been able to find anything to fit this air fryer. Too bad, I love it but the tab design is terrible.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.After many months, Bella's parent company Sensio sent a reply stating they have no replacement tabs!. Also promptly informed me that not working parts had only 90 day warranty and my 90 days had expired! I quickly emailed back that I purchased the air fryer in October 2020 and notified them in December 2020. That is 60 days! I also let them know that I was expecting a replacement air fryer for this broken one. Let us see what transpires as they are VERY slow in their responses. I really like the fryer, but would think twice before buying 'Bella' anything.
