“Are all the accessories non-stick, particularly the drip pan?”

• Not by a long shot. I put tinfoil on the tray to catch whatever I have in the basket since you would not want it to hit the crumb pan on the bottom. After several uses the bake/broil pan used to catch stuff has permanent stains on it. I always spray the basket with Pam before each use and even then some items stick a little.
