“Hi BELLA Team, We love this oven but oil leaks from the bottom, from under one of the legs. Any idea why & how we can prevent it? Also, is it possible to purchase extra pans? I sent an email to corp. weeks ago and did not receive a response. Pls adv. Thx.”

Maybe you guys have already tried this, but have you tried using the drip try on a rack under the item you're cooking?

I have had this same issue and just for the oven on 3/5/2020. It’s the only issue I have with it, albeit an issue we shouldn’t have. I hope Bella will reach out to us. Their email is full so we can no linger contact them that way at this point.
