QuestionDoes anyone know of the perfect cooking rack for this? The circular 9 inch cooking rack I purchased was too small. I hear 10.5, but would like to make sure before I ordered another rack. Welcome any and all suggestions. TYIA.

- Answer UPDATE: You will need a 10 inch or lower circular cooking rack for this model. A 10.5 will not fit flush in this and my original 9 inch circular was too small. The 10.5 is about a quarter of an inch too large (and for some reason only on the left and right sides of the rack/pot. No biggie. I'm going to cut the rack on those sides a little to make it work.

QuestionMy screen keeps showing up with the number 8? And it doesn't matter if I change the temperature or the time, the 8 is still there. Is there anyway to fix that?

QuestionHow do I get rid of this burning smell? My food taste like burnt plastic. I’ve had it a little over a month and it still stinks really bad. I’ve washed the inside and also let it run to see if I could get some of the coating off and no luck.

QuestionWill this air fryer be able to replace my microwave?

- Answer It can definitely replace your microwave. However, you want to keep a few things in mind: 1) It will take longer to reheat food vs. the 2 to 3 minutes of microwave 2) You will want to be mindful of the temperature you are reheating. I wouldn’t recommend reheating at a high temperature because it will dry out your food. 3) Depending on the item you are reheating you may want to wrap the item in aluminum foil to maintain the moisture and then put it in the tray to reheat it. I have found that aluminum foil is key in ensuring that the food is not dried out when being reheated and it maintains some of the natural moisture of the food depending on the food item.
