Look under the water tank. It slides into a little groove just below the tank. Some call it a brush, but it is a two bristle brush, one thin and one thicker to poke the different holes. You'll not find it in the packaging.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I got 2 units so far. First unit was previously used. Didn’t have a pin. Got a new unit. Packaged perfectly, but still no cleaning pin. It’s supposed to be on the bottom side of the drip pan. There is even a slot for it. Called Bella, but they are only the warranty department. Can’t order parts from this company. Their solution? Go back to Best Buy and open the other boxes to find a cleaning pin. Or, find one online. Totally ridiculous. I may just return and get my money back and never buy from Bella again.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It’s not on the bottom of my tank. Clearly nowhere for it to go on bottom.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Missing cleaning *pin* seems to be the most common complaint. You should be able to use a thin needle to clean the filter basket and steam spout.
