“Why doesn't it work? I have the reservoir filled, it's plugged in, and the nespresso capsule is in properly with the latch down, but when I press the cup button, it starts to make loud noises and doesn't dispense at all. Help!”

You need to prime the pump. See other questions for how to properly do that. It does take a bit of effort to get enough water in the pump the first time you use it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You have to prime the pump first, or it won't work. Fill the tank full of water, and put the water tank in the bottom forcefully like 20 times to make bubbles come up. This puts water into the machine to "prime the pump" and to make it be able to draw in water. Eventually it will work, it may take 10 minutes. Just keep pressing the brew button many times, and put the tank in and out, watching for air bubbles.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It needs primed. Fill the reservoir up with water then install and remove it from machine several times. You will see bubbles rising up. You will need to start a brew cycle and run machine while doing this. Hope this helps.

Please try again later.If it is the first time do you use it, you need to wait and repeat the process many times to dispense at all. take off the water receipt and push it to leave a little bit of water, and make the process many times. Once time it works enjoy the coffe, 100% recomended
