“I purchased this kettle and like it. Brews quickly and works well except that I can't get the "Keep Warm" function button to stay on. Lights up then shuts off. Followed the instructions but it still doesn't seem to work. Any help will be appreciated”

I turn the keep warm button on first and then choose the temp. Mine stays on that way

The 212 setting keeps warm at the 195 setting though, otherwise it would just boil until dry. Does the keep warm function work, and just the light doesn't come on or it doesn't work at all?
