“Hi. I need help figuring out the keep warm function. I made tea and then pressed keep warm and all the lights light up for a few minutes then all the lights turns off. I thought it was supposed to keep warm for 30 minutes and then beep after 30 minutes?”

• On mine, I turn it on, select the warm button and then my choice for temperature.

• Hello, thanks for reaching out. To select the keep warm function: press the KEEP WARM button and the indicator light will remain ON. The unit will begin the Keep warm function after the selected temperature is reached. During keep warm function the indicator light will remain on. The keep warm function period is 30 minutes. To turn off the cycle press KEEP WARM again. After the completion of the keep warm cycle, the unit will beep 3 times to alert the user the cycle has ended. The cycle is complete and the unit will shut off. Have a nice day. The BELLA Team.
