Q: We can't remove basket lid. Please, advice null

While holding the handle with your right hand and the basket with your left hand, turn the basket to the left. It is a twist off lid, not a pull off lid.

It’s a twist off tea basket attached by 2 black plastic nodules that fit snuggly in a metal channel built into your tea basket. Grab hold of tea basket at the section connecting to the black plastic topper so as not to dent,bend, or tear the metal tea basket. Then turn clockwise for release. Basket attachment or detachment involves a turning of about a quarter inch. Unless someone has forced it on in which case equal force would be needed to detach again.
