Lasted one week, and Bella customer service it horrid!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The handle on my basket broke off the first week...I have been waiting 2 weeks plus to hear back from Bella as I submitted all that they requested. Should have just taken it back to BB. DO NOT BUY BELLA.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It's lasted 3 month so far. I thought that the steamer stopped working and was about to take it back to BB (or probably have to deal with Bella). But the steamer was just clogged! Used a pin to clear it out and it works fine now. Be sure to let the steam run after frothing milk!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I can't comment on this particular model, I've had a Bella espresso machine for 7 years. I use it pretty much everyday. I've only had to replace the carafe because I broke it. Hope this helps.
