“I got this machine for Christmas and just decided to use it now. I’m following the instructions for cleaning, but the water keeps coming out cloudy. Is it because of hard water?. Does the machine just have junk in it?I never used it until now. Help.”

• Most likely your water. Just use it twice without making coffee. For best tasting coffee, use filtered (Brita or Zero) or spring water.
