LOL @ Bella Customer Service. 0)Watch the video and note the middle where it says "Cappuccino." 1)Go to YouTube and look up instructional videos on how to make cappuccino. 2)Pull the back of your shirt collar up so it sticks on the top of your head, raise your hands up like a POC in a traffic stop and repeat in a high voice "Cappuccino! CAPPUCCINO!! I Am Cornholio! Need TP for my bung-ole!" 3)Profit.
