“How many pounds can the mount hold if you attach it to the stand? Does it work for the LCD TV's from about 2010? They are a little thicker and heavier than the current TV's. I want to use it for a 32".”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We are using it for a 50" TV that weighs maybe 30 - 40 pounds. The hardware is very sturdy and I think it could take a lot more than that without any trouble. However, we used the top part as a wall mount instead of connecting it to the support pole. As far as the actual hardware is concerned it wouldn't make much difference. I didn't seen any weight restrictions in the assembly instructions, though I might have missed them.
