  • Questionnothing about Wi-fi is mentioned but streaming services are supported. Would someone know what wi-fi standards it supports?

    • Answer Hello. Thanks for your question about our GV30. The GV30 device comes with the QS01 dongle which is what is used to connect to the internet. The dongle uses all wifi standards, but does not support WiFi6, but is fully WiFi Alliance certified and upwards compatible, meaning it works with WiFi6 routers.

  • QuestionCan I charge this from my car?

    • Answer Hello, Thank you for your question about our GV30 portable projector. To use your car charger, kindly purchase a power inverter that is compatible with it. The power inverter should have an output of "100V-240V ~ 50/60Hz, 1.5A". Please note that the car charger is not intended for charging large electronic devices, and the electricity it provides may not be consistent. For charging the projector using the USB-C port, you will need power delivery that is capable of supporting 45W, 15V, and 3A. Warm Regards, BenQ Support

  • QuestionDo you have to use a specific cord to connect from laptop to projector? Or will this device bluetooth to your laptop
