What is the right port cable to get the full 144hz? null

Use a displayport cord, you will be able to utilize the monitor at its highest capability, (1080p, 144hz) but make sure you actually hit 144+ fps otherwise you wouldn't be able to see the high hz rates. You cant use an hdmi cable to get 144hz on this monitor, it only supports up to 60hz.

The only way to achieve 144Hz is buy display port or DVI dual link.
