I deleated the email. How do I use this ecard? null

You should be able to access it on the bestbuy website. Click the "hamburger menu" (three lines in upper left. Go to order status. You'll see an entry for it with a link that says "redeem." It's going to be small.

You should check your account and see if it's there on your purchase from best buy app! And resubmit it! If not talk to support for further details!
