No. It doesn't. It has a very small length wire. One end goes in to the disc and the other end is suppose to be connected to a plug of your mobile charger(like the charging plugs we get with our mobiles). It has to stay plugged in while you wanna charge your mobile. I cannot charge my mobile if I am in a hurry as its voltage is very low and takes forever. I leave my phone charging overnite on the disc.
