• Yes, I do believe so. I also have the Dynex versions and everything looks exactly the same on the Best Buy brand.

• im not sure, but its a good one, even improved my wifi download and upload speeds, i had those plugged into one that was 15 years old, and it was taking away from my connection, but since i hooked this one up to my router and modem, no problems at all, and i like the lights on it that tell you that its grounded and protected.
