• Typically it’s total output power. At least that’s what was done for many years. I can’t say for sure. But I’m almost certain it’s total. Doesn’t say on package. You can test this buy plugging 2 different items and see if the are charging as fast as you remember with one port. Good luck. Hope this helps.
