How do I load the batteries to the flashlight null

Unscrew the end of the flashlight that don’t have the bulb in it and insert the batteries with the positive part going in first.

Simple. Unscrew the fitting with the on-off button on the bottom of the flashlight.

Try to turn the flashlight counterclockwise.
