• Is it power adapter plugged in? Did you plug the link cable into your laptop? It should work but it needs the power adapter.

• Hi there! As per checking, it works with Windows 10, macOS 10.12, or Chrome OS 81. Just connect to a USB 2.0 or USB 3.0 port. Best Buy essentials Support Angela
