I'm guessing that your battery pack is out of juice. I would let it charge for a good amount of time- I'd say a few hours- before trying to use it to charge your phone. If there is still no signs of life, make sure your phone has magsafe. If your iPhone does and it still doesn't work after letting the pack charge, you might have to RMA that battery pack... Most likely just out of power, though, so try that first...
