It would, but with a quick google search, it says that only up to 5 devices can be charged (so therefore up to 5 devices can be utilized) on the PS4. So however many USB ports the PS4 has already, you can only get up to 5 at the most. Therefore, you should look at a smaller sized USB port hub unless you have any other reasons for potential usage. You should probably look into USB 3.0 port hubs as well depending on what your intended use is for.
