• I'm not sure what the answer is. And I can't lay my hands on the pamphlet at the moment. I can tell you that I run a DVD player/writer, a digital camera in video mode, a bloggers camera, and sometimes a regular video camera with it, along with two back up hard drives. There has been no lag at all in power output for any of these items. Those that don't charge run at full power. Those that do charge, such as my phone and video cameras, do so while recording and I haven't had one issue with it.
