• No. Netflix is a internet service. You must have a internet service to use it. This antenna is for receiving TV signals. This works like the old rabbit ears that were on top of the TV in 80 and before.

• No, you cannot get Netflix with this antenna. Try to use a Roku Stick or Fire TV Stick into one of the HDMI inputs on your TV.
