• You can buy an extension to add to it. I bought a 8 ft one at meijers.

• make your own extension - You need an F81 (barrel connector) and whatever length cable needed. Now you need to know that the longer the cable is the more signal strength you LOSE . So don't go buying a 50 ft cable when you need to go 6 ft.
