• This is not the correct item for you. It can only work in 1 direction : DisplayPort as source (PC) to HDMI as destination (monitor) If you search the internet they do have HDMI to DP adapters . They are the ones with USB dongle to provide power. They only work in 1 direction. HDMI (pc) to monitor (DP)
