• Prior to putting the TV to the mount you were to adjust the straps to pull. I suggest get two wire hangers and the hook part on the hanger should grap the loop where your finger goes into pull both loops at the same time. You will hear the click at the same ti.e pull the bottom of the TV towards you and lift TV.
