there are two release catches mounted on the vertical supports. they have cords that hang down that you just pull down while pulling out on the bottom of the TV. if you arent aware of this. it could be because the cords are still wrapped around the vertical supports and not visible. you will have to hpoefully get someone with small hands to reach up and free up the release cables

Please try again later.To remove the existing TV from the bracket, pull down the two (2) straps behind the TV This will release the bottom of the TV then lift the bottom of TV slightly away from the bracket, then lift the TV straight up as there are "soft hooks" holding it in place
