“I have installed this TV mount, but cannot figuire out how to make it lock. it seems the tv slides freely on the rails, which concrens me. Is there any way to lock the tv brackets to the rails. I see there's a screw on the brackets”

Hello! So after you position the TV/Brackets onto the mount, you'll want to tighten the screws that on the bottom of the brackets so they push upwards onto the mount. that will lock the TV brackets in place. Hope this makes sense and helps! (I can post a picture later when I get home if you want)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.As near as I can tell there is no click and lock mechanism. Just the screws. They don’t tighten sufficiently to keep the TV from sliding. So I am coming up with my own solution to keep it from sliding
