I had this mount installed and the tv is too high on the wall. Is it possible to lower the tv via the mounting brace without removing the entire mount. Needs to drop down about 7 inches, dont want to put more holes in my wall. null

No, you need to remove and mount again. You can adjust appropriately about 1 inch up or down, lift or right.

Depends on how many holes on the bracket you have above the top screw.  You can move it up that far.  Bottom screw will follow the same distance.
