“I plan to mount my 60" tv two or three inches above the fireplace mantel. The mantel is 12" wide. Does this mount extend so that the tv can be pulled out and then lowered to clear the 12" mantel?”

• The height is the height- full motion means you can pull it way out and tilt it to the right or left. You can also level it and swivel it to face more down or up. You cannot lower it. Make sense?

• The mount will extend about a foot or so out but it does not go up and down. You will be able to tilt it up down left or right but not move it in those directions.
