We had a similar problem and it ended up being 2 things… 1. We had to better center the TV on the bracket by just sliding it while it’s mounted 2. Since we had to use like 5 small spacers and didn’t want to over tighten, it seemed like one of the spacers hadn’t finished settling. As we moved the tv a bit to be able to see the bracket better, the spacer dropped all of a sudden and the sagging was completely eliminated
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Happened to mine, make sure tv is centered on the mount device. If so, then you likely didn’t mount it level (the included level is not very good). You can try to force it slightly to tilt the other way, but at your own risk. It worked on mine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There are screws on the mound from the plate that goes connected to the amount for the TV. I had the same problem you have to straighten the TV out tighten. The screws at your problem is solved.
