“I have a 65” Samsung TV and am not able to drill into the studs. Will 4 flip toggles into drywall be enough to hold this? Does this come with additional drywall anchors?”

I wouldn’t suggest not using some type of blocking or stud mount. Some anchors claim they can hold the weight, but Sheetrock is not strong enough to hold the anchors.
