• I live about 10 miles away from our city's major TV tower hub, and this antenna still cuts out on NFL games, etc. Super disappointing.

• The answer is highly dependent on the conditions in which you use this antenna. I have mine mounted against a window facing, more or less, our towers which are 18 miles away. I would say the reception is pretty good -- I occasionally get a blocky picture or total dropout for a second or two. I would mount the antenna as high and as near a window as possible (watch out for metal screens as they can block signal).
