It’s mainly a thick elastic, so I don’t see why you couldn’t. I forget to take mine off when I shower hasn’t hurt it yet,

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would highly recommend changing the band to a more water proof band as this one will absorb water. I don't believe there will be damage to the band, it may be a little heavier until it drys and it may cause the bands to wear more quickly, just my opinion
