I wouldn't say better prices but you will get an alert if the item has been decreased within the 60 day period and you could do a price adjustment as long as you have your receipt

But chances are that if you find a good price Best Buy will meet the price of a large appliance with the BB discount. So it can be a big benefit. I purchased a laptop with the membership, then canceled so I didn't charged monthly.
